HAMMOND &#8212; Isiah Lockett, 47, has pain in his hips, legs and back, but hasn&#8217;t seen a doctor. After losing his job three years ago, he can&#8217;t afford health insurance. &#8220;I can&#8217;t get anybody to look at me because I don&#8217;t have health insurance,&#8221; said the East Chicago resident. Lockett was among 60 people who attended an information meeting Saturday in Hammond to learn more about the Healthy Indiana &#8230;</p>
